摘要
以互联网、大数据、云计算和人工智能等技术为代表的第四次信息技术革命,深刻影响和改变着组织管理情境,给工作场所幸福感的管理带来了诸多挑战和新的机遇。已有对幸福感的学术探讨一方面将仅仅把幸福感操作化为一个变量,另一方面又因为缺乏对情境变化的充分考虑,从而对于当前实践的指导意义愈加受限。本研究根据现实变化的环境、组织和个体特征,分析归纳了当前工作场所幸福感管理的五大挑战:传统雇佣关系被打破、职场协作增加、工作-生活边界模糊、工作内容与方式变化、工作诉求转变。在此基础上,围绕未来工作场所中人与组织的关系、人与人的关系、人与机器的关系以及人与自身的关系四个方面,提出了提升工作幸福感的管理策略和行动建议。
Characterized by Internet technology, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, the fourth information technology revolution has profoundly affected and changed the organizational management context, bringing many challenges and new opportunities to the management of well-being in the workplace. Existing literature on workplace well-being usually manipulate well-being into a variable, but lack enough consideration of the changing status quo. The guiding significance of current research is inevitably limited. Based on the changing environment, organization and individual features, the present study analyzed and summarized five challenges of current well-being management in the workplace, including a new form of employment relationship, increased workplace collaboration, blurred boundaries between work and life, transformation in work content and ways, and changed work demands. Accordingly, this study proposed management strategies and suggestions for improving work well-being by focusing on the relationship between people and organizations, people and machines, and people and themselves in the future workplace.
