摘要
构建了流通标准化与流通业开放发展能力的衡量指标体系,并从流通技术标准化和流通体系标准化两个层面,实证研究了我国流通标准化与流通业开放发展能力的关系。结果表明,无论是流通技术标准化,还是流通体系标准化,与流通业开放发展能力之间均符合"流通标准化→流通业开放发展能力"的单向促进作用,且相对而言,流通技术标准化的作用程度更高一筹。通过实证分析,认为站在标准化的高度,大力实施流通标准化战略,是加快流通业开放发展的必由之路。
This paper constructed a measurement index system of circulation standardization and the open development capabilily of the circulation industry. Then from the layers of technological standardization and system standardization, it empirically studied the relationship belween the circulation standardization and the open development capabilily of the circulation industry in China. The result showed that either with technological standardization or system standardization, there existed the one-way promotional effect from circulation standardization to the open development capabilily of the circulation industry and relatively speaking, the role of technological standardization was more prominent in this regard. Through the empirical analysis, it is argued that at the height of standardization, vigorously implementing the circulation standardization strategy is the inevitable way to speed up the opening-up and development of the circulation industry.
