摘要
智能社区作为智能产业和传统住宅的结合物,已经逐渐深入到社会居民生活之中,随着智能社区的完善和发展,传统物业管理已经不能满足智能型社区居民生活服务的需求,对此提出了基于互联网+概念下的智能社区物业管理评价体系,对新型智能社区物业管理工作内涵做出新的诠释,规范智能社区物业管理工作,对智能社区物业服务工作提供标准化要求。
As a combination of smart industry and traditional housing, smart communities have gradually deepened into the lives of social residents. With the improvement and development of intelligent community, traditional property management can no longer meet the needs of intelligent community residents＇ life service. In this paper, an evaluation system of intelligent community property management based on the concept of Internet is proposed. It makes a new interpretation of the connotation of the new intelligent community property management, standardizes the intelligent community property management, and provides standardization requirements for the intelligent community property service.
