摘要
为解决物业报修案件实时处理问题,将智能手机引入物业管理过程中。设计了基于联想ET860智能手机作为移动客户端的物业管理系统,详细阐述了系统总体架构以及主要的软件功能的实现。系统应用效果表明:利用智能手机的便携性,实现了对报修案件现场实时处理,提高了物业服务满意度。
Smart mobile phone is introduced to the process of property management for real time tackling the trouble call from properties. The property management system based on Lenovo ET860 as mobile client is designed, and the framework of the system and the main software functions are described in detail. Application effectiveness of this system indicates that the real time and on-the-spot repair when requiring with the help of easy-to-carry smart mobile phone upgrades the satisfaction index of the property management services.
