摘要
探讨基于MapInfo的GIS技术在城市住宅区物业管理中的应用,以武汉南湖花园为例,建立了南湖花园物业管理信息系统,并对系统的数据库设计以及系统的功能设计与实现作了较详细的分析.
The application of GIS based on MapInfo for the Property Management in the urban residential community is discussed. Taking Wuhan Nanhu Garden as an example, the property management information system for Nanhu Garden is built up and the design of Data Management System and function about the system is analyzed.
