摘要
随着新型家用电器设备的引进,住宅使用功能和空间的不断丰富,以及住户对住宅舒适度需求的不断提高,住宅建筑的设计已不再局限于传统住宅设计手法对空间和使用需求的最基本考量,舒适化、智能化、精细化成为了住宅建筑设计新的着眼点。从住宅舒适度要求的角度进行研究,充分考虑用户的使用体验,结合实际经验,分析并总结住宅使用中的所遇到的不方便、不合理、不舒适的问题,并提出解决方案。
With the introduction of new household appliances and equipment, the continuous increase in the use of residential functions and space, and the continuous increase in the demand for residential comfort for tenants, the design of residential buildings is no longer confined to the basics of traditional residential design methods. Considering that comfort, intelligence, and refinement have become the new focus of residential building design. Study from the perspective of residential comfort requirements, fully consider the user＇s experience, combined with practical experience, analyze and summarize the inconvenient, irrational and uncomfortable problems encountered in residential use, and propose solutions.
