摘要
从住宅建筑设计入手,提出如何在总平面布置、建筑单体设计、室内空间布置等方面做好高容积率下的中小户型住宅建筑设计,并指出在新的政策形势下建筑师应当注重对中小户型住宅进行精细化的建筑设计。
From the design of residence buildings,the paper points out how to do well in the design for the space of the medium and small residence from the general layout,the design of building single and indoor space layout,and points out the architects should pay attention to the refined building design for the medium and small residence in new policy.
