摘要
在当前的"双创"战略驱动背景下,创新创业教育改革已经成为高校应时合势、亟待展开的重要课题。构建一套完整高效的创新型人才培养模式,是创新教育改革的核心。通过对国内外创新创业教育成功模式的分析,设计以"大商科"类人才培养为基础的多样化教育培养模式,突破如今过度集中化的培养模式、课程设计单调和专门化管理漏洞等问题,设计出一个层层递进、环环相扣的创新型人才培养体系。
Under the＂innovation and entrepreneurship＂strategy background,the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important issue for colleges and universities to meet the needs of the time.Constructing a complete and efficient innovative talent cultivation model is the core of innovation education reform.Through the analysis of the successful mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,a diversified education and training mode based on the training of＂grand business＂talents is designed.To break through the problems of overly centralized training mode,monotonous and specialized management loopholes in the course design,an innovative training system of innovative talents has been designed.
