摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管主要并发症之一,也是致死的主要原因之一。近年来,中医药在治疗糖尿病肾病方面发挥了积极作用,取得显著疗效。文章对最近几年关于糖尿病肾病病因病机的最新认识和中药、中成药、中药提取物等对糖尿病肾病的最新治疗进展以及提出的新学说做以综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major complications of micro-vascular disease in diabetes and one of the main causes of death. In recent years, Chinese medicine has played an active role in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and has achieved significant results. This article reviews recent advances in etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and recent advances in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, including traditional Chinese medicines,proprietary Chinese medicines, and herbal extracts, as well as the new theories proposed.
