摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液联合替米沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年8月—2019年8月在老年病科收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者98例,依据治疗对策不同分成对照组、观察组各49例。对照组采用替米沙坦治疗,观察组采用替米沙坦加用丹红注射液治疗;治疗2周后比较两组患者的治疗效果与治疗前后血清肌酐(CREA)、血清尿素(UREA)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值水平。结果观察组总有效率91.8%(45/49),优于对照组的75.5%(37/49),差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值、血清胱抑素C水平在治疗前后与治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组治疗后、观察组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4.08%(2/49),对照组2.04%(1/49),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病早期治疗有一定疗效,联合替米沙坦可用于早期糖尿病肾病治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with telmisartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Ninety-eight patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected from August 2017 to August 2019 in geriatrics department of our hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment strategies.The control group was treated with telmisartan.The observation group was treated with telmisartan plus Danhong Injection.After 2 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups,serum creatinine(CREA),serum urea(UREA),serum cystatin C(CysC),hypersensitivity C-reactive Protein(hs-CRP) and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.8%(45/49),which was better than 75.5%(37/49) of the control group(P=0.029).There were significant differences in urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio and serum cystatin C level between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);the hs-CRP level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment and before treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.08%(2/49) and 2.04%(1/49),respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong Injection has certain effect on early treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and combined with telmisartan can be used for early treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
