摘要
由美国私立高中组成的学生能力素养评价联盟提出的学生评价新模式,秉持的是美国高中的全人教育理念。如果未来该评价模式经过完善,将在美国高校招生中发挥一定的补充作用。新评价模式的初步实践表明,非认知能力评价是学生评价和高考改革的重要方向,有利于引导学生的多样化发展。
Mastery Transcript Consortium(MTC)of American private high schools has created a New Model of assessing students. The New Model represents an educational idea of all-round development, and it would play a better supplementary role if it is improved by MTC in the future. The tentative practice of the New Model has demonstrated that the noncognitive assessment is the right principle for the assessment of learning outcomes of students and for undergraduate admissions, and it is useful for students to develop diversified skills.
