摘要
五色花米饭在布依族饮食文化中占有重要地位,是布依族传统文化的标志性符号之一。在云南罗平县鲁布革乡,由于制作工序繁琐、周期较长,加上缺乏保护意识以及年青人的积极支持,五色花米饭出现了其传承人年龄老化和断层等问题。为此,应充分发挥政府的主导作用,加强对五色花米饭的保护和研究,做好文字建档和教育传播工作,主动走产业化、市场化道路,以此最大限度地确保五色花米饭的传承保护与持续发展。
The five - colored sticky rice plays an important role in the Buyi diet culture, which is one of the symbols of Buyi traditional culture. In Luobuge village of Luoping County in Yunnan province, some problems are found such as aging inheritors, due to the complex and long - term craftsmanship and lack of awareness of protection and support from the young men. Therefore, the maximum inheritance and sustainable development of the rice should depend on leading role of the local government, which strengthens some work, i. e. the protection, the research, the written record, the educational transmission, the active markitization and industrialization.
