山东、云南板栗重金属砷、铅、镉含量及风险评估 被引量:1

The Content and Risk Assessment of As, Pb and Cd in Chestnut in Shandong and Yunnan Province

摘要 采用原子荧光光谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分别对我国山东省130份、云南省77份板栗样品的砷、铅和镉的含量进行测定,采用单因子污染指数、综合因子污染指数法对板栗中砷、铅和镉等重金属的污染进行评价,并采用靶标危害系数法对食用板栗造成的健康风险进行评估。结果表明,山东、云南两省板栗重金属砷、铅、镉的含量分别为ND-0.051 mg/kg,ND-0.120 mg/kg,ND-62μg/kg,板栗重金属含量均未超标。山东、云南两省板栗的砷、铅、镉污染指数均远低于1,综合污染指数评价表明云南省板栗重金属污染指数相对较高,云南省玉溪市板栗P综达0.3572;山东省板栗重金属污染指数相对较低,山东省日照市板栗P综最低为0.0615。人体健康风险评估结果表明:山东、云南两省板栗靶标危害系数最大仅为0.01018,均低于1,成人日最大食用板栗35 g,儿童25 g,远不会对人体造成健康危害。儿童食用板栗的重金属风险高于成年人,其靶标危害系数约为成人的2.678倍。本文总结了山东、云南两省板栗主产区的砷、铅、镉等重金属的污染情况,拟为全国板栗主产区重金属含量及质量安全风险评估研究提供有益的参考依据。 The contents of arsenic (As), lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in 130 chestnut samples from Shandong province and77 chestnut samples from Yunnan province were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and graphite furnaceatomic absorption spectrometry. Single-factor pollution index and multi-factor pollution index were applied to evaluate thepollution level. Target hazard quotient (THQ) was adapted to evaluate potential risk of health risk assessment. Mean elementconcentrations of chestnut were in the following ranges: ND-0.051 mg/kg, ND-0.120 mg/kg and ND-62 μg/kg, respectively.The contents of As, Pb and Cd in chestnut were all lower than the maximum limited values. The single-factor pollutionindexes of As, Pb and Cd in chestnut from Shandong and Yunnan provinces were far less than 1. The highest multi-factorindex in chestnut is up to 0.3572 in Yuxi of Yunnan province. The lowest multi-pollution index in chestnut is 0.0615 inRizhao of Shandong province. The highest THQ was 0.01018, showing that chestnuts cause no health risk to people whendietary intake is lower than 35 g/d for adults and lower than 25 g/d for children. The THQ value of children is about 2.678times more than the values of adults, which means that children are more vulnerable to exposure to heavy metals. The resultsof this research are capable of reference for health risk assessment of intake chestnut.
