摘要
以典型农化厂退役场地为研究区域,根据HJ 25.1—2014《场地环境调查技术导则》、HJ 25.2—2014《场地环境监测技术导则》及HJ 25.3—2014《污染场地风险评估技术导则》进行场地环境调查及风险评估。结果表明,该场地2,4-二氯苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚的检出率较高;作为居住用地开发,土壤中1,2-二氯乙烷、双(2-氯乙基)醚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、双(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸酯致癌风险或危害商超过可接受风险水平。该场地在开发前需进行场地修复,该场地的建议修复总面积为43 353 m2,修复的最大深度为10.5 m。
The environmental site investigation and health risk assessment were performed for the remaining site of a relocated agrochemical factory according to Technical Guidelines for Environmental Site Investigation( HJ 25. 1—2014),Technical Guidelines for Environmental Site Monitoring( HJ 25. 2—2014) and Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites( HJ 25. 3—2014). The results showed that the detection rates of 2,4-dichlorophenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol were higher; carcinogenic risks or hazard quotients of 1,2-dichloroethane,Bis( 2-chloroethyl) ether,2,4,6-trichlorophenol and Bis( 2-ethylhexyl) phthalate were higher than acceptable risk level. And therefore the site remediation should be conducted to protect human health. Risk-based the proposed remedial area was 43 353m2,and the maximum depth was 10. 5m.
