摘要
从政策和市场两个方面构建传统制造企业绿色创新对企业绩效影响的概念模型,运用问卷调研方式和结构方程模型对我国的传统制造企业进行实证研究。结果表明:市场导向和政策导向均对传统制造企业的绿色创新产生显著正向影响,但市场导向对绿色创新的正向影响更为显著,它能正向驱动传统制造企业的绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新;政策导向也能促进传统制造企业的绿色产品创新,但对传统制造企业绿色工艺创新的影响不显著。绿色创新可以显著提高传统制造企业的环境绩效,但对传统制造企业经济绩效的影响会因创新形式的不同而有所区别;传统制造企业的绿色产品创新会正向影响经济绩效,但传统制造企业的绿色工艺创新对经济绩效的影响不明显。
To construct conceptual models of green innovation’s effect on enterprise performance of traditional manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of policy and market,we conducted an empirical research on China’s traditional manufacturing enterprises with questionnaire method and structural equation model. The results indicate that both market orientation and policy orientation have positive effect on green innovation of traditional enterprises,and market orientation has more remakarble positive influence on it. Market orientation offers positive driving power to green product innovative and green craft innovation;policy orientation can also promote the process of green product innovation,but it has a less notable influence on green craft innovation. Green innovation can notably improve the environmental performance of traditional manufacturing enterprises,but different modes of green innovation will have different influence on economic performance of enterprises. Green product innovation of traditional manufacturing enterprises has a positive effect on economic performance,but green graft innovation exerts a less notable effect on it.
