摘要
伴随着高速增长的经济和迅速提高的城镇化水平,由此带来的环境污染和生态环境恶化等问题日益突出,严重困扰着城镇化建设和持续的经济增长。本文基于面板混合OLS模型、系统GMM模型和门槛估计模型分析我国30个省份的城镇化过程中环境规制与全要素生产率之间的关系,得出环境规制和全要素生产率(TFP)之间存在"倒N型"关系,在单独研究城镇化对全要素生产率的影响中得出,城镇化进程对全要素生产率产生负面影响。但在引入环境规制与城镇化交互项的作用下,两者的交互项对全要素生产率产生促进作用。在环境规制的门槛效应下,再次验证了环境规制与全要素生产率之间的的"倒N型"关系。
With the rapid growth of the economy and the rapid increase in urbanization,the problems of environmental pollution and deterioration of the ecological environment have become increasingly prominent,which has seriously plagued urbanization and sustained economic growth.Based on the panel hybrid OLS model,the system GMM model and the threshold estimation model,this paper analyzes the relationship between environmental regulation and total factor productivity in the urbanization process of 30 provinces in China,and concludes that there is a relationship between environmental regulation and total factor productivity(TFP).The inverted N-type relationship,in the study of the impact of urbanization on total factor productivity,shows that the urbanization process has a negative impact on total factor productivity.However,under the influence of the introduction of environmental regulation and urbanization interaction items,the interaction items of the two promote the total factor productivity.Under the threshold effect of environmental regulation,the"inverted N-type"relationship between environmental regulation and total factor productivity was re-validated.
