摘要
随着我国新型城镇化建设的不断发展,农业户籍人口向城镇转移的速度也开始加快.但城镇化的过快发展,又带来一系列城镇、乡村主体之间的不平等难题.在农业人口融入城市社会的过程中,农业迁入人口在社会地位、报酬获取、职级晋升等方面,与城市人口之间存在着严重的不平等效应,影响着农业户籍人口在城市社会中的融合.
With the continuous development of China’s new urbanization construction, the speed of the transfer of agricultural registered population to urban areas has also begun to accelerate. However, the rapid development of urbanization has brought about a series of inequality problems between urban and rural subjects. In the process of integrating the agricultural population into the urban society, the agricultural immigrant population has serious inequality effects with the urban population in terms of social status, remuneration, and promotion, which affects the integration of the agricultural registered population in urban society.
