摘要
本文以我国高技术企业2003-2016年省际面板数据为样本,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型和门槛面板回归模型,分别研究企业规模与技术创新效率的门槛关系、基于企业规模的研发补贴与技术创新效率的门槛效应,并分析了我国高技术企业技术创新效率的区域差异。研究表明:(1)企业规模对技术创新效率的作用存在双重门槛效应,近似呈"∽"型。(2)企业规模对研发补贴与技术创新效率关系的影响存在双重门槛效应,在第一个区间有较显著抑制作用,在第二个区间有明显激励效果,激励力度和持久性强。(3)我国高技术企业技术创新效率提升主要源于技术效率增长",高技术不高",企业粗放型特征较明显。
This paper is based on provincial panel data of high-tech enterprises in China from 2003 to 2016,and examines the threshold relationship between firm size and technological innovation efficiency,and studies the threshold relationship between R&D subsidies and technological innovation efficiency based on firm size,analyzes the regional differences of the technological innovation efficiency for high-tech enterprises in China by Malmquist index method based on DEA to disaggregate and threshold regression model.The results show:Firstly,Beetween firm size and technological innovation efficiency has a double threshold effect,which is similarly in a"∽"relationship.Secondly,Firm size has a double threshold effect on the relationship that between R&D subsidies and technological innovation efficiency.Among them,there is a significant inhibition in the first interval,and the motivation is strong and persistent in the second interval.Finally,The improvement of technological innovation efficiency for high-tech enterprises in China is mainly due to the growth of technical efficiency,high-tech enterprises are not high-tech,and the extensive features of enterprises are obvious.
