摘要
本文通过分析学前教师教育的内涵,并对学前教育专业实训过程中存在的实训基地建设难以跟进、"双师"素质的教师队伍匮乏等问题做出简要的论述。最后,从构建学前教育专业实训教学的目标体系、内容体系、管理体系、考核评价体系几个方面提出师范院校学前教育专业实训教学体系的几点建构策略,尝试着化解实训中存在的困境,从而使师范院校的学前教育专业实训工作能够平稳、有效地开展。
This paper analyzes the connotation of preschoolteacher education, and briefly discusses the problems such as theconstruction of practical training base is difficult to follow up inthe process of pre-school education and the lack of teachers with"double teachers" qualities. Finally, this paper puts forward somestrategies to construct the practical education system of preschooleducation from the aspects of target system, content system, managementsystem, assessment and evaluation system, trying to resolvethe difficulties in the practice of training, so that thepreschool professional training in normal colleges can be carriesout smoothly and effectively.
