摘要
目的研究涂阳肺结核采用抗结核化疗方案联合左氧氟沙星治疗的效果。方法选取在我院进行复治的74例涂阳肺结核患者,分成对照组和治疗组,每组37例。对照组采用常规抗结核化疗方案进行治疗;治疗组采用抗结核化疗方案联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗。比较两组患者在治疗期间出现的不良反应例数、痰菌检测结果转阴时间和临床治疗总时间、涂阳肺结核复治总有效率、生活质量评分在治疗前后水平。结果治疗组出现不良反应16例,少于对照组的31例(P<0.05);痰菌检测结果转阴时间和治疗总时间短于对照组(P<0.05);涂阳肺结核复治总有效率为91.9%,对照组为70.3%,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);生活质量评分在治疗前后的改善幅度大于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论涂阳肺结核患者采用抗结核化疗方案联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗,能够减少化疗不良反应,缩短治疗时间,改善患者的生活质量,从而提高结核复治的有效率。
Objective To study effect of anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy combined with levofloxacin for smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Choose 74 cases smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis retreated in our hospital, divide them into control and treatment group, 37 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine anti tuberculosis chemotherapy, and treatment group with anti tuberculosis chemotherapy scheme combined with levofloxacin. Compare adverse reaction numbers, sputum test results negative time, total clinical treatment time, total retreatment effective rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis, life quality scores of two groups before and after treatment. Results Treatment group had 16 cases adverse reactions, less than 31 of control group,（P〈0.05）; sputum test results negative time and total clinical treatment time was shorter than control group,（P〈0.05）; total retreatment effective rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 91.9%, that of control group was 70.3%, with significant difference between two groups,（P〈0.05）; life quality score improvement after treatment was greater than control group, with significant difference,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anti tuberculosis chemotherapy combined with levofloxacin can reduce adverse reactions of chemotherapy, shorten treatment time and improve life quality of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and improve effective rate of tuberculosis retreatment.
