摘要
目的针对扶正抗痨汤结合西医化疗在复治肺结核的具体效果进行分析。方法选择2018年2月-2021年2月在医院接受治疗的肺结核患者80例。按照计算机随机抽选分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用扶正抗痨汤结合西医化疗进行治疗,对照组单一使用传统西医化疗。分析两组治疗过程中并发症的改善状况及免疫功能恢复状况,观察扶正抗痨汤结合西医化疗在复治肺结核的临床治疗效果。结果观察组盗汗缓解75%(30/40)、发热缓解60%(20/60)、咳嗽缓解45%(32/40)、食欲不佳缓解55%(22/40)整体高于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为80.0%(18/40),对照组的总有效率为35.0%(14/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)各项免疫指标的好转状况明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正抗痨汤结合西医化疗在复治肺结核的临床应用当中,患者的并发症得到较好的改善,进而提升了患者的临床治疗效果,同时患者的各项免疫功能指标也得到显著的提升,有利于改善患者的健康状况,改善患者的身体健康水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the specific effect of Fuzheng Kanglao Decoction(扶正抗痨汤) combined with western medicine chemotherapy in retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods the initial test time of this study was February 2018, and the deadline was February 2021. All patients were treated in our hospital with a total of 80 cases as the research object. According to the random selection method of computer, 40 cases in the selected group were treated with Fuzheng Kanglao decoction combined with western medicine chemotherapy as the observation group, while the remaining 40 cases were treated with traditional western medicine chemotherapy alone as the control group. The improvement of complications and the recovery of immune function of the two groups were analyzed, and the clinical effect of Fuzheng Kanglao decoction combined with western medicine chemotherapy on retreated pulmonary tuberculosis was observed. Results the remission rates of night sweats, fever, cough and poor appetite in the observation group were 75%(30/40), 60%(24/40), 45%(18/40) and 55%(32/40), respectively, which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 32 cases, the probability was 80.0%(32/40), the total effective rate of the control group was 14 cases, the probability was 35.0%(14/40), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the improvement of CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+) andCD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) immune indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Kanglao decoction combined with western medicine chemotherapy in the clinical application of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis, the complications of patients have been better improved, and then enhance the clinical treatment effect of patients, at the same time, the immune function index of patients has also been significantly improved, which is conducive to improving the health statu
