摘要
针对中海油某陆上天然气处理厂的海上天然气处理项目,通过模拟分析及能量优化,给出了节能优化的轻烃油吸收工艺流程及操作参数。对不同吸收温度和压力的工况进行模拟对比,发现压力对装置操作参数的影响很小,而温度降低对吸收剂用量及所有塔的塔径的减小影响显著,确定吸收温度和压力分别为-30℃及1.3 MPa。对流程中冷、热物流的能量进行回收利用,得到换热网络匹配后的优化流程,可较无能量优化的基本工况的加热负荷降低31.3%,制冷负荷降低53.7%。
In a case study of an off-shore natural gas treatment project of an on-shore natural gas treatment plant of CNOOC,the optimized energy-saving process of cold oil absorption and operation parameters are worked out by simulation analysis. The simulation comparison of different absorption temperatures and pressures finds that the pressure has little impact on the operation parameters of the unit. Whereas,the reduction of temperature has a greater impact on absorbent consumption and reduction of diameters of all towers. The determined absorption temperature and pressure are-30 ℃ and 1. 4 MPa respectively. The optimized heat exchange network is worked out by recovery and utilization of cold and hot effluent streams in the process. As compared with process without the energy optimization,the heat duty is reduced by about 30% and cold duty is lowered by about 50%.
