Control technology and analysis of VOCs fugitive from oilfield stations

摘要 油田场站是挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放的主要来源之一,具有排放源多而分散、逸散气体组分复杂等特点。储罐和敞开式含油污水池是油田VOCs的两大主要污染来源,组分多为烷烃,部分污水池含有苯系物或硫化氢等有毒气体。VOCs逸散到大气后,易受风力、温度、建筑物分布等环境因素影响。中国自2010年逐步颁布了各项政策和标准,规定油气处理装置和废水、有机废气收集处理装置的VOCs排放限值分别为25 g/m^(3)和120 mg/m^(3)(以非甲烷总烃NMHC计)。针对油田场站内的储罐、污水池VOCs来源开展系统调研,对排放特征等进行分析,同时对当前常用控制方法和处理技术进行系统比较及分析总结,为油田站场VOCs治理提供理论与技术参考。 Oilfield stations are one of the main sources of VOCs emissions,characterized by multiple and dispersed emission sources and complex fugitive gas components.VOCs in oilfield are made up chiefly of storage tanks and open oily sewage pools.The components are mostly alkanes,and some toxic gases such as benzene or hydrogen sulfide may be present in the fugitive gases from the pool.They escape directly into the atmosphere and are easily affected by environmental factors such as wind and temperature.Since 2010 various policies and standards have been gradually enacted in China,stipulated that the emission limits of VOCs for oil gas treatment devices and wastewater organic waste gas collection and treatment devices are 120 mg/m 3 and 25 g/m 3(in terms of NMHC),respectively.This paper conducts a systematic research on the sources of VOCs in storage tanks and oily sewage pools in oilfield stations,analyzing the emission characteristics.A systematic comparison and analysis of current common control methods and treatment technologies are carried out to summarize,providing theoretical and technical references for VOCs management in oilfield stations.
