摘要
为了提高摩拜单车使用率及用户使用满意度,文中依据上海地区的问卷调查数据,采用多分类有序Logit模型对用户一周使用摩拜单车次数的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:用户1小时能接受的租金最高价格小于1元、押金收费小于99元、找车越容易、开锁时间为秒开时对因变量的影响具有更显著的统计意义,同时显著因素的内部次序对因变量的影响表现出明显差异。建议摩拜单车在未来改善用户体验方面侧重以上显著影响因素,并考虑其内部次序所带来的差异,从而提升用户粘性,增加其使用频次。
In order to improve the cycling utilization and users' satisfaction of mobike, according to survey data of Shanghai region, this paper used polytomous logit model to make an empirical study on the ilfflueneing factors that people use mobike weekly. Results show that the maxinmnl price of the rent that the user can accept in one hour is less than 1 yuan, the deposit charge is less than 99 yuan, and that finding the ear easily and locking time shortly significantly affected the dependent vari- able. In addition, the internal order of significant factors showed different impact on frenqueney of using mobike a week. It is suggested that mobike should focus on the above significant factors in improving users' experience in the future, and consid- er the differences in internal order to enhance users stickiness and increase the frequency of use.
