摘要
在低碳经济发展下,消费者是重要的参与者,而共享单车的使用是低碳生活、绿色出行方式的典型代表。以共享单车为例,设计问卷调查,并用AMOS24.0软件对问卷调查数据和假设模型进行结构方程模型的拟合检验。研究结果表明,共享单车的价格、服务、质量、布局、消费者的使用目的以及消费者的方便程度这六大关键因素,都会直接或间接影响消费者的满意程度,进而影响消费者的参与度。针对研究结果,提出对策建议,以期为共享单车的发展以及低碳经济发展提供参考。
In a low-carbon economy,consumers are important participants,and the use of shared bicycles is a typical example of lowcarbon life and green travel.a shared bicycle is taken as an example to design a questionnaire survey,and the AMOS24.0 software is used to test the structural equation model of the questionnaire data and the hypothesis model.The research results show that the six key factors of the price,service,quality,layout,consumer use and convenience of the shared bicycle will directly or indirectly affect the satisfaction of the consumers,thus affecting the participation of consumers.According to the research results,suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the development of shared bicycles and the improvement of low-carbon economy development.
