摘要
文中采用问卷调查方式,对武汉公共自行车服务满意度进行分析,从中获取公共自行车服务现状及影响满意度主要因素等信息。然后运用SPSS进行因子分析,结果显示15个因子分属六类主因子,并在此基础上对因子分析结果进行解释,并提出相应改进措施。
This paper uses questionnaire survey to analyze the bike sharing service satisfactions in Wuhan city and obtains some information about the present situation of bike sharing service and the main factors of Satisfactions. Then we use SPSS to do Factor Analysis and the result shows that the fifteen factors separately belong to six main factors. Finally, we try to explain the result of factor analysis and propose improvements.
