摘要
通过对闽南地区几所高等职业院校大学生进行问卷调查,采集数据,统计分析高等职业院校大学生对职业生涯规划的认识与了解情况,发现职业生涯规划课程体系如今并未全面被高校重视。借鉴台湾职业技术院校的发展经验,大学生职业生涯规划不应该只是高职院校开设一门或几门与职场就业相关的课程,而应该是建立一个结合课程安排、就业指导、信息跟踪、数据整合、咨询服务等多元于一体的系统。
According to the result that insufficient attention has been paid to the course of career planning of a questionnaire survey among the students from several higher vocational schools in southern Fujian for their awareness of the object,it was proposed that career planning should not be one or more relevant courses but a system combining curricular design,employment instruction,information tracking,data integration and consulting service,etc. on the basis of the experiences of similar schools in Taiwan.
