摘要
研发了最新型铸造铝合金ZL109A的熔炼工艺,保证多种微量化合金元素如:Mg、Zn、Cd、Ti、B的含量要求,同时对合金内部铁元素杂质进行稀释,通过相关的提炼、精炼、组织细化、变质反应、净化了合金,使ZL109A合金内部组织结构得到控制和改善。按照此方式铸造的新型ZL109A铝合金,HBS值可以达到130到150左右。
