摘要
采用选择性激光熔化技术制备了7075铝合金,研究了激光扫描速度对7075铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用选择性激光熔化技术制备的7075铝合金为单相固溶体,内部有明显的裂纹存在,减小激光扫描速度可以减少裂纹的数量,但由于增加了内应力会使得裂纹开裂程度增加;锌和镁由于蒸发温度较低烧损较多,样品中锌和镁的含量随激光扫描速度的降低而降低;由于裂纹的方向性,试样在z方向的力学性能较x、y方向高;z方向的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率随激光扫描速度的降低而升高;x、y方向的抗拉强度随激光扫描速度的降低而减小。
7075 aluminum alloy was prepared by selective laser melting technology. The effect of laser scanning speed on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that 7075 aluminum alloy prepared by selective laser melting technology is a single-phase solid solution with obvious cracks in it. Reducing the laser scanning speed can reduce the number of cracks,but the increasing internal stress can make the crack cracking degree increases. The contents of zinc and magnesium decrease with the decrease of laser scanning speed. Due to the directionality of the crack,the mechanical properties of the specimen in z direction are higher than those in x and y direction. The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation in z direction increase with the decrease of laser scanning speed,while the tensile strength in x and y directions decreases with the decrease of laser scanning speed.
