摘要
通过对耐热铸钢排气歧管台架试验失效原因进行检测分析,认为排气歧管开裂部位基体内存在大量复合氧化物、Mn S及钙铝酸盐等非金属夹杂物,是排气歧管开裂失效的主要原因。针对夹杂物产生原因,通过优化熔炼工艺,减少炉料带入杂质元素,采用改进的脱氧工艺,熔炼过程中使用惰性气体保护钢液等措施,减少熔体内的非金属夹杂物,使产品性能达到并符合相关技术要求,满足装车使用条件。
The failure reasons of the heat resistant cast steel exhaust manifold by bench test were analyzed. A large number of composite oxides, MnS, calcium aluminate and other non-metallic inclusions were found in exhaust manifold crack, which mainly cause the crack failure of exhaust manifold. Aiming at analyzing the inclusions formation mechanism, the improved measures were adopted, including optimizing melting process, reducing impurity elements, adopting improved deoxidization process, using inert gas to protect steel melt and reducing non-metallic inclusions in melt. The pilot production show that, the casting performance meet relevant technical requirements and the loading conditions.
