摘要
对大型电站锅炉15CrMoG耐热钢高温过热器爆管进行失效分析。采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、布氏硬度计、材料试验机等对失效管子进行化学成分、微观组织、氧化、硬度及拉伸性能分析。结果表明:珠光体球化和内壁氧化严重,布氏硬度偏小,力学性能下降,尤其抗拉强度不能满足GB5310标准要求,是导致爆管失效的主要原因。
The failure analysis of 15CrMoG heat resistant steel tube explosion for high temperature superheater of large power station boiler was carried out. The chemical composition, microstructure, oxidation, hardness and tensile properties of the failure tube were analyzed by using aemission spectrometer, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, Brinell hardness tester and material test system. The results show that the pearlite spheroidization and oxidation of inner wall are very serious, and the Brinell hardness is low, and the mechanical properties decrease, especially the tensile strength cannot meet the requirements of GB5310 standard, which are the main reasons for the failure of tube.
