摘要
结合邹县发电厂5号锅炉实际运行状况和运行监测数据,通过对锅炉进行热力计算和对分隔屏管子的热偏差、流量及管子壁温的计算,找出了造成分隔屏部分管子超温爆管的原因。根据计算分析结果,提出了解决分隔屏超温问题经济可行的改造方案。
The calculation results of heat absorption, steam flow rate and tube wall temperature of platen superheaters for 600MW boilers in Zouxian Power Plant are presented. According to the calculation results and measured data, the reasons of overheating of some tubes in platen superheaters are analyzed. A proposal to solve the problem is put forward.
