摘要
邯钢260 t/h高温高压锅炉屏式过热器在一个月内发生3次爆管事故,对事故原因进行认真分析,认为过热器换热管过热,晶体组织发生了变化,耐温性能下降,导致爆管事故发生。通过对屏式过热器集箱挡板进行恢复和成套更换两组换热管,最终处理了屏式过热器爆管的难题。
Hangang’ s 260 t/h high temperature high pressure boiler platen superheatersuffered three tube burst accidents in one month. The causes of the accidents were carefullyanalyzed. Overheating of heat exchange tube leading to changes in grain structure and degradation of heat-resistant performance had caused the tube burst. Through recovery and replacement of two sets of heat transfer pipes in the platen type superheater baffle, the problem of the superheater tube burst was finally solved.
