摘要
通过研究都柏林理工学院工程类人才培养模式特点,探讨应用型高校如何建立有效的应用型人才培养模式,提出精简并合理设置课程体系、处理好教与学的关系、强化校企合作和改革创新教学评价模式等建议,旨在为我国相关工程类人才培养提供一定的启示。
This paper studies the characteristics of training mode of engineers in Dublin Institute of Technology and discusses how to establish an effective training model for application-oriented students in universities. Then the paper puts forward some suggestions about streamlining and rationalizing the curriculum system,handling the relationship between teaching and learning,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and reforming teaching evaluation model,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of engineering talents in our country.
