摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/剑麻纤维(SF)复合材料,用扫描电镜和力学性能测试等方法研究了复合材料的结构和性能,探讨了SF长度和用量对复合材料力学性能和熔体流动性的影响。结果表明:SF的加入可降低PP/SF复合材料的冲击强度和熔体流动速率;SF以6 mm长度为宜;随着SF用量的增加,PP/SF复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,当SF用量为15%时,PP/SF复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度最高,分别为39.7和30.2 MPa,冲击强度为2.6 kJ/m^2,熔体流动速率为1.3 g/10min。
PP/SF composites were prepared by melt blending. The structure and properties of the composites were studied by SEM and mechanical property test. The effects of length and addition of SF on mechanical properties and melt fluidity of composites were discussed. The results show that: the addition of SF can reduce the impact strength and melt flow rate of PP/SF composites. The length of SF is suitable for 6 mm. With the increase of SF dosage, the tensile strength and flexural strength of PP/SF composites first increase and then decrease. When the amount of SF is 15%, the tensile strength and bending strength of the PP/SF composites are the highest, 39.7 and 30.2 MPa respectively, the impact strength is 2.6 kJ/m^2, and the melt flow rate is 1.3 g/10 min.
