摘要
剑麻叶斑病是剑麻上普遍发生的一种病害,因在剑麻叶片上形成深层病斑而严重影响剑麻纤维的品质,为了弄清该病的发病原因,本研究分离纯化病原菌,并对病原菌的种类进行了准确的鉴定。致病性测定表明,分离到的两种病原菌均能为害剑麻,引起剑麻叶斑病。形态学和分子生物学鉴定表明,分离到的两种病菌分别是层出镰刀菌(Fusarium proliferatum)和链格孢(Alternaria alternata)。同源性分析可知两种病菌与不同来源的同种病菌亲缘关系最近,而与其它同属的不同种类的病原菌亲缘关系较远。剑麻叶斑病病原菌种类的确定为该病的防治提供重要的指导意义。
The leaf spot on sisal is a kind of common disease and serious influence of the quality of sisal fiber for deep disease spots. To find out the pathogen of this disease, we isolationed and purificated the pathogen strains.The result of pathogenicity test showed these two isolates can infect leaf of sisal and cause leaf spot on sisal. Also the pathogens were identified as Fusarium chlamydosporum and Alternaria alternata with morphology and molecular biology technology. That two kinds of fungi were highest homologous to the same species from different hosts and lower homologous to the different species from the same family respectively. Confirming pathogens of sisal leaf spot to provide important guiding significance for prevention and controlling of the disease.
