摘要
通过纤维分析、FT-IR研究了陕西地区烟秆纤维的纤维形态及结构特性。利用熔融共混、注塑成型法制备了烟秆纤维/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,研究了烟秆纤维含量对复合材料力学性能、热学性能及吸水性能的影响。结果表明,烟秆纤维的加入在一定程度上提高了复合材料的力学性能,但对复合材料的热稳定性影响并不显著。此外,随着纤维含量的增加,烟秆纤维/HDPE复合材料的耐水性逐渐下降。探索了陕西地区烟秆纤维在复合材料中的应用可行性,为烟草的资源化利用提供了新的思路,具有良好的研究意义和实际应用价值。
The fiber morphology and structural characteristics of tobacco-stem fiber were studied.Herein,tobacco-stem fiber/high-density polyethylene(HDPE)composites were easily manufactured by melting-blending and injection molding.And the effects of tobacco-stem fiber content on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,and water absorption properties of the composites were studied.The results shown that the mechanical properties of the composites were improved,but it had no significant influence on the thermal stability of the composite.In addition,the water resistance of the composites decreased with the increase of tobacco-stem fiber content.Besides,this experiment played certain guiding role in the application of tobacco-stem fiber in the field of composites,and provides new idea for tobacco recycling.Therefore,this paperis had research and practical application significance.
