摘要
本文从工艺及设备管理角度，分析了某石化公司140万彤年重油催化裂化装置循环水冷却器的泄漏原因，提出了管理与防护措施，并根据循环水冷却器实际运行工况，介绍了冷却器查漏的方法。
It analyzed the causes of the leakage of the water recirculator in heavy oil catalytic cracking apparatus which has the capacity of 1400 thousand tons per year in one petrochemical company from the perspective of process and equipment management. It not only put forward the management and protection measures, but also introduced the leakage inspection method of chiller according to the actual working condition of the water recirculator.
