摘要
在总结循环水换热器常见泄漏原因及查漏方法的基础上,分析了中海油惠州石化有限公司循环水场循环水水质污染,尤其是pH降低的原因,并根据各装置循环水换热器的实际运行情况进行原因排查。结果表明,芳烃联合装置泄漏的介质环丁砜与水场杀菌剂相互作用是本次循环水水质污染的主要原因。文章还提出了一些有针对性的措施和建议。
On the basis of summarizing the common leakage causes and leak detection methods of heat exchangers for circulating water,the water quality pollution of circulating water in circulating water of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. was analyzed,especially the reason for reduction of pH value. The actual operation situation of each heat exchanger for circulating water was checked. The results show that the interaction between the medium sulfolane leaking from the aromatics unit and the water field fungicide is the main cause for the pollution of the circulating water. Some targeted measures and recommendations were raised as well.
