摘要
学习动机是开展学习活动的主观因素和驱动力,对于学生的学习有着重要的激励和指引作用,对于学生的学习成绩也有着重要的影响;学生的努力程度对学生的学习成绩也有着直接的影响。学习动机以努力程度为中介,间接对学生的学习成绩产生影响。要想实现学生学习成绩的有效提高,需要在增强学生的学习动机和努力程度两方面同时下功夫。
Learning motivation is the subjective factor and driving force of learning, plays an important motivating and guiding role in learning, and has an important influence on students' academic performance. Students' efforts have a direct impact on their academic performance. Learning motivation is mediated by degree of effort, which has an indirect effect on students' academic performance. In order to achieve the effective improvement of academic perfor- mance, it is necessary to work hard in the two aspects of enhancing students' learning motivation and degree of effort at the same time.
