摘要 合成一种DOPO衍生物对[3-羧基-3-(6-氧-(6H)-二苯并-(c,e)(l,2)-氧膦杂己环-6-酮)丙酰胺基]苯磺酸钾(DOPO-ACA)并添加到聚碳酸酯(PC)中,制备PC/DOPO-ACA复合材料。通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL94)及热重分析测试对纯PC和PC/DOPO-ACA复合材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性进行研究,同时研究了材料的力学性能。结果表明,DOPO-ACA具有较高的阻燃效率,当添加的DOPO-ACA质量分数为0.1%时,其LOI为34.5%且达到UL94 V-0级,但DOPO-ACA未能改善复合材料炭层的热稳定性;当DOPO-ACA添加量小于0.25%时,其力学性能基本不受影响。 DOPO derivative potassium 4 - ( 3 - carboxy - 3 - ( 6 - oxidodibenzo [ c, e ] [ 1, 2 ] oxaphosphinin - 6 - yl ) propanamido ) benzenesulfonate ( DOPO-ACA ) was synthesized and a series of polycarbonate (PC) /DOPO-ACA composites were prepared by the incorporation of DOPO-ACA via melt extrusion process. The flame retardancy, thermal degradation and mechanical properties of the samples were evaluated using limited oxygen index ( LOI ) measurement, vertical burning test ( UL94 ), thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical testing. The results show that the DOPO-ACA is a highly effective flame retardant for PC. The PC/DOPO-ACA composites can obtain LOI value of 34. 5% and UL94 V-0 rating by adding 0. lwt% DOPO-ACA, but the thermal stability of char layer cannot be improved by the incorporation of DOPO-ACA. The mechanical properties of composites are not nearly affected when DOPO-ACA addition is less than 0. 25wt%.
