摘要
研究四溴双酚A用量及其与Sb2O3的配比对聚碳酸酯(PC)阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当四溴双酚A的质量分数为5%,且四溴双酚A与Sb2O3的配比为3.5∶1.0时,所研制的阻燃PC材料的综合性能最佳,其氧指数高达32%,简支梁缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度与断裂伸长率分别为21.4 kJ/m2、80.4 MPa、59.4 MPa、71.6%。研制的环保型阻燃PC材料尽管含有卤系阻燃剂,但满足欧盟RoHS指令的环保要求,具有很高的使用价值。
The effects of tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBA) content and the ratio of TBBA to Sb2O3 on the flame retardance of polycarbonate(PC) are studied. The results show that the flame ratardant PC has optimal combined properties when the eontent of TBBA is 5% and the mass ratio of TBBA to Sb2O3 is 3.5: 1.0. The oxygen index of flame retardant PC reaches 32% , and its impact stength, flexural strength, tensile strength and breaking elongation are 21.4 kJ/m^2, 80.4 Mpa, 59.4 MPa and 71.6% respectively. Although this flame retardant PC contains halogen flame retardant, it can meet the requirement of EU RollS directive and has high use value.
