摘要
综述和讨论了芳香族磷酸酯阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、硅化合物和硫化合物阻燃 PC 的阻燃机理以及 PC 的热分解机理。涉及的反应有碳酸酯基的重排、羟基化合物与 PC 的作用、Fries 重排、异亚丙基键的断裂及 PC 的热氧化等。今后的研究重点之一是应取得更多证据支持已提出的机理,使其日趋完善。
This paper reviewed and enunciated the flame retardant mechanisms of polycarbonate (PC) Iacrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) containing aromatic phosphates and of PC containing silicone or sulfur compounds as well as the decomposition mechanism of PC. Several typical reactions were involved, such as rearrangement of carbonate group, reaction between hydroxy compounds and PC, Fries rearrangement, rupture of isopropylidene linkage and thermal oxidation of PC, etc. One of the emphases in the further research is to acquire more relevant experimental evidences to substantiate and further consummate the proposed mechanisms.
