摘要
近年来,随着现代科技的迅猛发展、社会就业形势的日益严峻和生活节奏的急剧加快,心理健康教育愈来愈成为各高校大学生综合素质教育的有机组成部分,成为培养高质量人才的重要环节。高校大学生心理健康教育是一项伟大的全员育人工程,文章拟从夯实主阵地、建立五级联动体系、抓好专业队伍建设、与思想政治教育相结合、充分利用新媒体、发挥课堂教学、重视学生主体作用等七个方面,来着力分析和探讨大学生心理健康教育机制的健全和完善。
In recent years, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, social employment situation is increas-ingly serious, and the rapid pace of life speeding up, universities and colleges in mental health education becomes more and more anintegral part of the education of college students＇ comprehensive quality and the important link of training high quality talents. Edu-cation of college students＇ psychological health is a great education of the whole project. This article analyzes and discussed the im-provement of college students＇ mental health education mechanism by cementing main position setting up five linkage system, payingspecial attention to the professional team construction, combining ideological and political education, making full use of new media,playinga role of classroom teaching, and paying attention to the students.
