摘要
大学生心理辅导已经成为高校教育的重要课题,高校政治辅导员在进行心理咨询辅导时要与思想政治工作有机结合,将教育学生与自我教育有机结合,注重知识素养的形成、自我意识的培养和教育实践能力的提高,以健康心态面对学生管理和心理辅导工作,多方式、多途径解决大学生心理问题。
Psychological advising for college students has become an important topic of college education.College advisors should combine psychological advising with ideological and political work,unite teaching students with self-teaching.Importance should be attached to the improvement of the ability of teaching practice.At the same time,college advisors have to face up with the work of students management and psychological advising with a healthy mind and solve psychological problems of college student through different approaches and ways.
