摘要
为了提高汽车空调对环境温度的控制精度和舒适性,对空调机构进行了设计与仿真研究。首先将原先采用三个操纵机构控制三个风门的方式,改为通过模式拨盘同时控制三个风门完成汽车空调五种状态的风量分配方式。同时进行了基于CATIA的设计建模。对空调模式运动机构进行了仿真模拟研究,仿真模拟的应用使设计验证环节得到有效地控制。仿真模拟结果验证了本文所改进设计出来的空调模式运动机构的合理性和可操作性。
In order to improve the control accuracy of the environmental temperature and comfortable of an automobile Oir-conditioner,we studide the design and simulation of an automobile air-conditioner mechanism.We can change the original three throttle control mechanism to control the five states throttle and simultaneously complete the air flow distribution in auto and air-conditioning through the mode dial. Is established. Based on CATIA,a motion mechanism of the air-conditioning mode. Applications of simulation has proved the feasibility of our improved air-conditioner mode motion mechanism.
