摘要 利用三维不可压缩流体的k-ε湍流模型,借助计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法,建立了结构复杂的某典型轿车风道模型.以该轿车空调系统中央风道为例,采用Fluent软件对该风道的主体部分的气流流动进行模拟与分析,并通过优化设计改进了中央风道的性能,使中央风道各出风口的均匀性得到了大大提高.同时,增加了总风量,使中央风道送风量更为合理,提高了整个车室内的舒适性. By using the 3D incompressible k-ε turbulence model,a typical car air duct model with complex structure was established based on CFD method.Take the central air duct of the air-conditioning system for example,air-flow in the main part of the air duct was simulated and analyzed by Fluent software,the performance of the air duct was improved through optimization design,thus the uniformity of the central air duct outlets was greatly improved and the total volume of air was increased.All these improvements can obtain a reasonable air supply of central air duct and improve the car interior comfort.
