摘要
目的研究门诊输液患者接受精细化安全管理的临床价值。方法选择180例在我院门诊进行输液治疗的患者,以数字随机列表将其分成对照组和观察组,平均每组90例。对照组实施常规门诊管理;观察组实施精细化安全管理。比较两组输液不良事件情况、对门诊安全管理模式的满意度、输液管理效果。结果观察组患者仅发生4例输液不良事件,少于对照组的16例;对门诊安全管理模式的满意度达到94.4%,输液管理优良率水平达到95.6%,高于对照组的81.1%和85.6%。组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊输液患者接受精细化安全管理,能够提高门诊输液管理效果和患者对安全管理模式的满意度,从根本上减少输液不良事件的发生率。
Objective To study clinical value of meticulous safety management for outpatient infusion patients. Methods Choose 180 cases outpatient infusion patients in our hospital, divide them into control and observation group digital random table method, 90 cases in each in average. Control group was treated with routine outpatient management, and observation group with meticulous safety management. Compare infusion adverse events, satisfaction of outpatient safety management mode and infusion management effect of two groups. Results Only 4 cases showed adverse events in observation group, less than 16 cases of control group. Satisfaction of outpatient safety management model reached 94.4%, excellent rate of infusion management reached 95.6%, higher than 81.1% and 85.6% of control group. Data difference showed statistical significance between groups,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meticulous safety management can improve management effect of outpatient infusion and satisfaction of safety management mode of outpatient infusion patients, and reduce incidence of infusion adverse events fundamentally.
