摘要
目的 探讨优化输液流程对门诊输液安全的影响.方法 采用方便抽样的方法,选择2016年1—3月淄博市第一医院488例门诊输液患者为研究对象.将患者按病区分为观察组250例（门诊输液一室）与对照组238例（门诊输液二室）.对照组按照常规输液流程进行护理,观察组采用优化输液流程,比较两组患者输液过程中的气泡析出率、输液安全和护理满意度.结果 观察组患者气泡析出率为18.40%,低于对照组的30.25%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.229,P〈0.001）;观察组患者气泡及时处理率为100.00%,高于对照组的53.36%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=78.443,P〈0.001）;观察组患者气泡析出时间为（56.30±9.73）min,高于对照组的（40.55±5.81）min,差异有统计学意义（t=10.903,P〈0.001）;观察组患者的满意度为（13.19±0.93）分,高于对照组的（9.40±1.06）分,差异有统计学意义（t=4.652, P=0.010）.结论 采用优化输液流程能保证门诊输液安全,提高患者护理满意度,具有临床指导意义.
Objective To explore the effect of optimal infusion flow on the safety of outpatient infusion based on the law of bubble precipitation. Methods A total of 488 infusion outpatients who were treated in the First Hospital of Zibo from January to March 2016 were selected by convenient sampling method. All the selected patients were divided into observation group （250 cases from outpatient infusion room 1） and control group （238 cases from outpatient infusion room 2）. The control group was treated according to the conventional infusion regimen, and the observation group was treated with the optimized infusion regimen. Bubble formation rate during infusion process, infusion safety and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The bubble formation rate was 18.40% in the observation group and 30.25% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （χ2=6.229,P〈0.001）. The bubble timely treatment rate was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 53.36% in the control group （χ2=78.443, P〈 0.001）. The peak time of bubble precipitation in the observation group and the control group was （56.30±9.73） min and （40.55±5.81） min respectively,there was a significant difference between the two groups （t=10.903, P〈0.001）. The satisfaction score of the observation group was （13.19±0.93）, significantly higher than that of the control group （9.40±1.06） （t=4.652, P=0.010）. Conclusions The optimized infusion care program can ensure the safety of outpatient infusion and improve the satisfaction of patients, which has clinical guiding significance.
