摘要
水产品已成为消费者的日常食品,水产品安全问题也逐渐引起消费者的关注。本文以认证水产品为例,通过问卷调查,研究了上海消费者对水产品安全性的认知度及其支付意愿,构建有序Logit模型对支付意愿的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:支付意愿受消费者家庭月收入、家中是否有未成年、对水产品安全的关注度及认知度等因素的影响较显著,而消费者的年龄等因素影响较弱。
Aquatic products is one of the main consumers of food daily, but the safety of aquatic products has attracted more and more attention of consumers. We study the perception on the attributions of seafood safety and willingness to pay of consumers in Shanghai by using the questionnaire, establishing ordered Logit Model to analyze the important factors on WTP. The results show that consumer willingness to pay by family income, whether there is a juvenile home, impact on the safety of aquatic products of attention and awareness and other factors are significant, and the age of consumers have weak effect.
